At Verdant Building Solutions, we believe every successful project starts with a solid foundation of safety and clear communication.

Standard Consultation Fee: $150.00 I provide a dedicated one-hour on-site or virtual consultation for all new residential and small commercial projects. This time is used to:

• Review your project goals and architectural vision.

• Identify potential fire code or structural compliance hurdles.

• Determine if our expertise is the right fit for your specific needs.

Note: To ensure the highest level of professional attention, a fee is required for the initial one-hour consultation. This fee is fully credited toward your project deposit upon the signing of a construction or service contract.
